Motherboard got destroyed, RAID 0 HARDDRIVE?

My motherboard recently got toasted and I am getting a replacement motherboard. I've never dealt with RAID before so I was wondering, would I still be able to get my files back if I were to replace the motherboard with the same motherboard and install them back as RAID 0? I really need my files and didn't really have time to back them up since it was a sudden lightning strike that toasted my motherboard. Good thing the only thing that got fried was the motherboard, if anything else were to be fried, I would be pretty pissed.

As long as you get the same motherboard that has the same chipset you would just have to enable raid in the bios and then boot up like normal.
