motherboard help please

I'm in the process of building a new computer.
I have the cpu(Intel E8400,socket 775)
I have been looking at motherboards and I like the Asus P5Q.

If I get this board,I will also need a video card,ram,and most likely a new hard sata drive(mine is only 80gb).
My old system is a P4 cpu,MSI board(matx)1gb-184 pin ram,80gb hard drive,2 dvd's/rw's and I think a 500 w power supply.
The one problem I am having is that my case is an old E-machine case and I am not sure if the Asus board will fit, so I might need a new case also.
Any suggestions?

To be honest I would get everything new. Get a new case and everything. (This is all from your website you suggested)

I have the new cpu E8400.
The video card that you suggested is more than I can afford.
I'm not into gaming except simple games like chuzzle,bejeweled, and so forth.
Mostly I use the computer for internet seaching, emails, and photo stuff.
My monitor is a 17" flat screen Microtek(815C)model so the video card just needs to be a mid card, perfer under $100. as my budget is limited.
Any other suggestions will be welcome.
