Motherboard Problem? BSOD during vista install

I've been getting a BSOD when reinstalling windows after formatting my HDD.

My computer was suddenly working very slowly, so I booted in safe mode and backed up all my files on my secondary hard drive, then I formatted. I keep getting an error when setting up windows install, cashing to BSOD. I ran memtest 86+ and found errors in one stick of RAM. So I tried installing while running only one RAM stick, but to no avail. So I tried the other stick of RAM, and again I had no luck.

To me it seems like my motherboard is shot, what do you guys think?

We need to know what the bluescreen error code was? If you can give us that we may be able to pinpoint the issue.

It seems to change every time. The last time it was

0x000000000, 0x00000005, 0x0000000, 8165c360

ALso Ive seen (I omitted the 0x at the begginning);

00000000, 00000001, 000000005, 8198a360

00000000, 00000001, 000000005, 8192d360

That's part of the code, there is another series of numbers/letters before that. We actually need that series.

IRQL not less or equal

Ive googled it and it seems to be either driver or motherboard related. Im going to try to install stock drivers.

Did you run memtest on each stick separately? Can you give us a list of what motherboard, ram and cpu you have installed? Also what OS are you trying to install?
