Motherboard problem. Help!

Today is christmass and my parents baught me a new desk. When I moved the computer to the desk and vacuumed the inside of it and then repluged everythng, nothing was on my screen and the motherboard started beeping with a reapeating pattern of 1 short beep and 1 Long beep.the comp is an up a6000 with a 8800 gt nvidia card. PleAse help me.
 
Most likely you jolted something loose. Recheck all connections, reseat your memory, video card, and any other pci cards.
