Motherboard Problem?? Help

Every time you switch the power supply to my sisters computer on i hear a chirp from somewhere. Her computer wont turn on nothing will happen when i push on button. can somone help me?

maybe the connection from the power supply to your motherboard is loose and the chirp that you hear could probably a spark flying between the motherboard connection and the 24-pin head itself...

and just FYI, this thread is in the wrong section...
