motherboard question

MoBo

So this motherboard says it has hybrid graphics tech and that I can put a graphics card and it would work with the on board card. My question is would it work with any card? I was thinking of buying the <HD3850 that is crossfirex ready. Would this card work with this motherboard? Thanks for the help!

For the one that you have, is that good for gaming? Also, do these new card techs really make it better? Because I was going to buy a MoBo with and integrated card on it and just put the 3850 on there. Is it not worth it? Is the 3850 good enough by itself?
 
The boards with onboard running Hybird crossfire only work with the 3400 series cards not the 3850. Yes this is a good board. As far as cards you should atleast go with a 3870 or 8800GT if you can afford it. But the 3850 is a alright card.
 
If I get the first MoBo(ECS) and I connect anyother video card, it will just cancel the onboard card right? the other ATI card I want to use should work?
