Motherboard Question

Hey guys, first post here. I was wondering if a motherboard such as the following:

Would be able to support first generation Intel Processors?

So I'm pretty much asking if these motherboards are backwards compatible with 1st generation Intel Processors such as the E8400 Core 2 duo.

Any help would be appreciated fellas.

E8400 is socket 775. Thats a socket 1155.

Thanks a lot man, as you can see I'm not too tech savvy when it comes to these things haha.

Edit: Actually while were on this subject, would any body be able to suggest me a decent socket 1155 processor? (150-225$ price range)

I'd be looking at the Core i3/i5/7 2100/2500k/2600k etc at that price range.

AMD's Bulldozer is set for a launch on the 7th of next month. It's well worth waiting, even if you don't want to buy, because BD is competing with Intel's current line up, so prices are likely to drop.
