Motherboard reccommendations?

Hi, i need a new motherboard and i was wondering what the CF memebers would reccommend for me it needs to be LGA 775. i have DDR2 at 800mhz

it needs to be PCI X16
ummm SLi isn't an option for me (never would use it)
and it needs to be able to use 8 channel speakers.
My budget is a max of 160

The DFI BloodIron mobo is also highly regarded and would have what you're looking for. 6 sata ports to boot!

I'm not sure on how much it is, but the DFI Lan Party Dark is supposed to be excellent!
