Motherboard recommendation

Hi,

I'm building a computer but am unsure which mother board i should buy i want a good one for gaming and running many programs at once but i don't want to spend too much what would you recommend? (also it would help if its AMD but this is not necessary)
 
Gigabyte and Asus are the top brands but as far as what motherboard would need to know what processor you plan on running?

If you have a budget range then a good gaming Mobo can be recommended.
 
You would need an AM3 motherboard but all depends on if you have a small case and would need a micro atx motherboard or you would need to use existing ram, possible ddr2 or are you gonna use ddr3 ram? Do you need or want integrated graphics card?
