motherboard repair

Monitor says no input signal . Video card fan seems very loose. Smelled something burning and thought it was it. Replaced card didn't work. Still no input signal. Monitor works. When the computer is turned on no beep but fans come on and power switch lights. Motherboard? Thanks.
 
remove the motherboard and smell it (trust me i just did on my problem) i found where the fault was and smelled solid burning cable smell had to RMA new board.
