MOTHERBOARD says CPU doesn’t work

1415FD07-9E10-4C2F-8388-3051836355FF.jpegRAM works, checke every single wire) display doesn’t receive any signal, mouse and keyboard as well) video-card’s cooler works) it stopped working after I were unplugging my old 8x1GB RAM and changed it to 8x2 GB(both new) also where unplugging video-card and hard drive just to take photo of it) bought new hard drive, but it doesn’t workfor some reason as well as with old one)

Remove the CMOS battery on the motherboard after turning off power at the wall outlet and PSU switch.

Double check the ram is removed and replaced properly.
Replace CMOS battery, start machine, enter bios, reset to default optimised, restart.
Enter bios, set your specific settings (e.g. boot drive), make sure memory settings are correct.
