Motherboard Upgrade. Any suggestions?

Well im looking to upgrade to the i7 sometime in the future with some DDR3 RAM. Im looking for something affordable and has a real bang for the buck. What motherboard do you guys think it is?

well, if its for the i7 platform its not going to be especially affordable, lol, but then again i have no idea what kind of budget your working with, but your prolly gonna spend around 1000 on mobo, cpu, an ram alone, then ur prolly gonna want a nice gpu, so like 500 more, then a psu to power it all so like another 100, and an upgrade cpu fan, cuz if your going i7 I'd imagine you'd o/c it, so like another 30-50, maybe even 100

As far as i7 goes...its so new that there really isnt much bang for buck per se'...but..

Asus and EVGA have the nicest x58 boards going...each companies offerings are stacked with features..

I already have all that, all I really need is the i7 a mobo and some ram im cheking out some prices right now.
