That includes boost since boost is on by default. Usually does 4.0GHz on single core test and around 3.7-3.8GHz with boost on all cores. Difference would be even bigger if I locked it at 3.5GHz.

Ohhh ok so it is a big deal. .7Ghz made a 30% improvement?! That's sick.

I always had better luck overclocking the 8320 then I did the 8350. The 8350 always seemed to run hotter at the same voltage and mhz. Like said your board is a 4+1. I doubt you can get to 4.7 and if you can I would not leave it there. Over a long period and stressed it would set the mosfets on fire. If you really want to upgrade to a better board get a Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P, you can get the things for like 85 bucks now. But the new AMD Ryzen is coming out and you got Intel Kaby. But your talking about a new board/processor and memory.
