I did not get your question properly.
So you have already upgraded the PSU and GPU, and you are looking to upgrade to a new motherboard so you can use your AMD Phenom II 945 with the motherboard,so you would need a socket AM3 or AM3+ motherboard. And also can you post the specs of your memory.
And please correct me if I got your question wrong.

You sort of answered it, let me go more in depth, i have a HPE-400y, and i would like to get a motherboard that is CrossFireX ready so i can use my current Ati Radeon HD 5750, with a Ati Radeon HD 6850 in crossfire. All i know about my RAM is that it is standard HP 8GB. If i were to get a new Motherboard would it be just an easy insert with all my hardware? Or would i have to get special glues and such.

You cannot combine a 5750 with a 6850. You could add another 5750, but I don't know how much of a performance increase you'd see. I would sell the 5750 and get a single 6850.

Alright. Just out of curiosity, if i bought a new case for my computer woudl i be able to just put it in or is my current HP Factory Case not allow that.

Like said a 5750 and 6850 will not run in C/F.

If you get another motherboard your OEM windows thats installed will not validate, well it will if you trick microsoft.

If you get another case, you will have a problem with the case connections/ Power Switch LED/Reset/Harddrive LED hooking up to the OEM board pins. Most OEM boards pins are not marked and you wil need to figure out which one goes where.
