Mouse and Sleep Mode

I have the microsoft explorer mouse and its pretty good; however, I have one problem. Even though I have set it to not wake the computer from sleep if I move it accidentally during sleep it wakes the computer up anyway. Can someone give me some help.
 
Sorry, i do not know how to help, but want to join in, this thread, since have exact same problem on my laptop... but i read in my manual that its a power saving feature, that on movement it automatically wakes up, but thats just stupid, i tried going to device manager and setting it to not wake up, (i guess thats what you did) but it still wakes up....!!!
