mouse & Keyboard turns off.....

When I Turn On My Computer The mouse and keyboard both shut off but when i turn the computer off the mouse and keyboard turn back on i have tried several mice and keyboards and same problem still occours, i have tried usb and PS/2 Mice + ball and optical.....and the keyboard ps/2 and usb all same problem can somebody help????????? :mad: :mad:
 
thats kinda funny, have u tried getting a usb that u can plug into ur expanison ports and plugging ur mouse and keyboard into that
 
what do u mean by expansion? ive tryed adapter lile ps/2 to usb and usb to ps/2 still nothing and yes it is funny cuz i have never experienced this kinda of thing b4
 
oh my bad i got what u ment by the usb thing my brother had one but sold it i may have to buy another but i dont wanna blow money if its not gonna work
