Mouse left click issue

I am using windows 8.1 desktop
Recently i have 2 issues in my mouse
1. When i clik the left, mouse work a right click (popup window opened)
2. When i scroll on web pages or excel sheet, the page will not moved.

Kindly advise to clear this issue.

You can reverse the actions of a mouse or mousepad in the mouse driver properties. have a look in there.

The scroll function can be turned off, or at least it can on my computer, or adjusted for the number of lines it scrolls through. I would still check the mouse driver properties before you go buying a new mouse Mr OP.

Hi experts... I have newly purchased my PC on 4 months back.
Is it my mouse got wornout?
Pls explain the term of which option i need to check in or check out. I am new for checking the system settings..

Go into control panel, click on mouse.

Under the buttons tab, make sure that the box labeled switch primary and secondary buttons is unchecked. Then go to the wheel tab and check to see how many lines at a time its supposed to scroll. Mine is set to 3.

I have checked. Its perfectly all right.

so what is wrong now?

So its just a standard mouse. I thought maybe you had a programmable one or something that extra features. Try a different mouse first.
