Mouse Messed up, please help :)

Ok, here is my problem, i have to repeatidly keep on clicl ing my left mouse button to do anything, if i click it on an "ok" button, i have to click the "ok" button several times for it to actually process, any suggestions?

also, before that problem, i had another problem with my mouse :S sometimes whenever i wanted to close "one" internet browser and clicked the "x" button, it closed 2 browsers with one click of my mouse?

please help!
 
id invest in a new mouse sounds to me like the buttons are screwed.

what kinda mouse are you using, otpical, ball, and how is it connected? make sure its plugged into the computer securely.
 
I'm using a logitech cordless mouse, i made sure everything was plugged in correctly and there is still a problem :(

hmm, i took out the batteries and shuffled them aorund and cleared the dust off and it seems to be working for now, if it happens again, i'll be sure to ask for your help, thanks guys!
 
in the wireless mouse, when the batteries get week the mouse acts up, so you need to replace the batteries every now and than otherwise you will get similar problems.
 
Ya I personally dont recommend wireless mouses/keyboards becuz of 2 bad experiences :(. How far away is the reciever when ur using the mouse?
 
haha well im not a pro, but my friends all have wireless mouses and i HATE them (they're kinda cheap-my friends-) they always seem to have lag time. . . idk dude ide invest in just a solid wire mouse lol
