Mouse question

My mouse is a Logitech G602. I use Firefox and have Windows 10. My question is ; How can I get my mouse wheel to scroll after it's clicked?

If it works like all the other mice I've used, once you click you see a circle with up and down arrows. All you do is move the mouse up or down which scrolls the page.

My mouse had that feature,for some reason, it doesn't work. Does anyone have an idea how I can get it back?

It usually works without any added software. Not sure if any of these downloads would help or not.
