U unnameduser New Member Jul 13, 2008 #2 Did the mouse ever work before? how long did you leave the computer on for? Sometimes it takes a few mins for a new mouse to work on a PC. Did you take a look in the BIOS to see if there is anything turned off in there?

A aysebean New Member Jul 16, 2008 #6 make sure when u try the ps2 that the mouse is plugged in BEFORE the boot. Then if its still freezing see if u can use your keyboard!
