Mousemats

Can anyone recommend a good sized mousemat? Preferably one of those teflon coated ones. I know it sounds trivial but so far i've only seen crappy foam rubber ones that dull the sensitivity of the mouse. The one i have now is alright but its far too small. Whenever i look at mats on the net they're either the size of a postage stamp or bigger than a duvet cover. The best dimensions would probably be about 8" by 9"

I've had some 7.5x8.5" thin ones from Dell with a raised surface. Makes it feel like the mouse is sliding on ice, with zero effort.
Another good one is the 3M Mouse Pad, with Precision Mousing Surface.

i use a $0.99 one from Fry's electronics, had it for a few years no problems. It's a spongy material on bottom but on top has a fine silky material...i can play FPS games with it just fine.

i can't use my optical mouse on my wood desk. it jumps around and sometimes gets stuck...i guess the wood grain just doesn't make for good mousing material.
