Movie Download Help Please !

Hello all just wondering if anyone can tell me how to burn movies off the internet onto a disc (dvd)

Movie clips or Full Movies ??

A) Do i need Nero 6

B) Do i have to download them to my computer first

Please if you can help do a step, by step, as i'm new to all of this.

Want to download childrens movies for my kids

kids or not, one should be wise not to discuss such matters, considering forums such as these log your ip

not to mention it's against the rules here
 
you have to have it on the pc to burn it to a DVD, you cant download to a DVD.

you dont necessarily need nero 6, windows works fine

just burn them to dvd and they should just play!
you may need some sort of utility if you want to make chapters and episodes in a root menu
