Moving Around Case Fans.

In my Antec 200v2 Case i wanted to move my back 120mm fan onto the side window to cool down my GPU until i get more fans. Is this a good idea and is it possible?

I would not. Get a new side fan. Putting it in the side and not having a back exhaust fan isnt getting you anywhere.
