i was supposed to build a computer but instead my mom bought me one for x-mas and its an hp with some gay looking case, i want to move it into an antec lanboy case.....do you think i should? because i go to LAN parties and i wouldn't be caught dead with this case:

:P

You may have some problems doing that because the mobo inside that HP may not be a standard ATX mobo. Try looking in the booklets that came with that computer to see if it says anything about that.

What model is your computer? With lethalforce's computer, his motherboard is a standard micro-ATX, so he would be fine moving it into most cases. If yours is the same, it should work in that case.

Personally I don't think that the case looks that bad... Just a little too business-like.

Stishdr, I recently built a computer with that case and I loved it quality! Great case! I highly reccomend it.

I agree, it's not a bad case, just not to my style, i'm looking for a more game oriented case, and i am most likely getting the NZXT Nemesis Elite, because i am planning on builiding my own computer soon, so i wanted the new case.

HP boards are standard micro ATX, it will fit. That case is actually rather attractive, I'd take it to a lan party.

I concur(sp?). After taking another look at it I kind of like it, considering it has a low profile! What's the PSU in there anyway? probably a 300W generic:(

it looks nice in the pic...but in real life it looks cheesy

and yeah...its some generic 300w power supply lol I'm upgrading it

why not make your own case out of lexan.
lex who? anyways that case isnt too bad just add a side window and some fancy lights and it would look ok. you could even cut a hole in the top and use this one stuff thats is chrome trimming I think they call it (its in the automotive section at walmart and a jewel case from a cd and make a nice window for the top of the case or somewhere else maybe. I got that idea from a friend on another forum.
