Moving Music/Videos from ZUNE to HARD DRIVE

Hi,
Now people normally move their files from their computer to their Microsoft Zune.

Well I recently got viruses/trojans, and I reformatted losing all of my music.

BUT:

Is there a way I can move files from my 30GB Zune to my new My Music folder? (Almost like the Zune is acting as a portable storage device).

I think you can do that with the Zune software, called reverse sync or something.
