moving software from one comp to another

installed a program on one laptop and now i want to move it to another. will it still work just by copying all the files over or will i need the install disc and re install it all?

your chances are 50/50.
It depends on the program might work or nor.
An example, Microsoft office sometimes work, but gives lots of errors.

Your best bet is to re-install

move the hard drive from the laptop onto the other.
it might be work lol i have never done this so i would not know sorry.
