Mozila Firefox Problem.

I have firefox, and i had alot of pages bookmarked, and then when i went to go into it again, it made me change identites, so i did, and now i lost my bookmarks, and i dont know how to get back do the old identitie. ahhhh. help.

Huh...I had the same problem too...I know what causes it, but I don't know how to switch the identities back...I know the old ones are there though...

im thinking it has something it happens when you change the default browser.... not sure tho

If you still can't get Firefox fixed, you may have to re-install it. Oh, and an update is available from the official site:

oh it works fine, its just i want my bookmarks back

If those bookmarks are from Internet Explorer (or another browser), just import them into Mozilla. Bookmarks--Manage BookMarks--File--Import.

i dont know about firefox but i assume its the same as mozilla, just looks a bit different. do u have the thing in the systray to load it up faster, if so disable this by right clicking it, then close it down in task manager. load it back up, this is what i do when this problem comes up in mozilla. if it doesnt, then you need to delete the firefox folder in application data > firefox etc and then type in all the bookmarks again. and i suggest backing them up to

Mine did that once. It happenes when i click on a link in outlook when the browser is already open on the same page (it also freezes my comp) . I guess microsoft and mozilla don't like each other much... life goes on...
