Mozilla Firefox - All its cracked up to be?

hmmmm its working now but the video im trying to watch online keeps crashing like every 5 secs , anyway of resolving this?

btw the closing and opening worked the video is playing but its crashing
 
dno but its good, its only just started happening by internet and all round computer used to work a lot quicker, (like last month) but now its running really slow?

On all sites or just some? The problem could be that there's so many people on one server, that it's slowing down everything.
 
peekvid.com is a fairly slow site. however once i start watching a movie it plays just fine

what kind of internet do you have? 56k, DSL, Cable? if you know, what downoad/upload speeds are you getting? you could jsut me maxxing out your connection.
 
lol soz i dnt that much on computers all i no is that it is quite a fast broadband.

it used to be able to play movies fine but now its started crashing , is there any like programmes which can like help make the internet run faster

Not that I know of, there a few programs that do that. Except, one just came to my mind. Google Web Accelerator. It works pretty well.

I'd say your computer might need to be defragmented and cleaned up a little bit. If it used to run fine and now it's bogging down, you may have a malware problem.

Hmm...interesting, the up speed is faster then the down. That's weird.
 
Some kind of DSL. ADSL, SDSL...one of the DSL types has a better upspeed than the down speed.

Anywyas. Those are pretty slow speeds. I have a feeling your computer is limiting the true bandwidth potential of your line. My up and down speeds are 6,000/500kbps respectively and those videos play fine. The video stuttering sounds like it is not buffering as fast as it's playing.
 
hmmmm, anyone know how i can get my speeds better, because my internet connection is good its just the internet is running really slow, its taking minutes for one page to open or refresh?
