I may be a bit late but........
If you have all your BookMarks on Mozilla and you open FireFox/IE/Other browsers most of the ask if you would like to import your details from another browser.
If you already have FireFox and you haven't imported bookmarks go to:

Bookmarks,
Manage Bookmarks,
File,
Import.
