I have an Oasis MP3 player and it takes a Mini SD Card.

Wen I put the card into the player I can copy file over to it and it wotrks.

Then to check it I take the card out of the player and the files are on my players inturnale memory.

So it never goes onto the card.

So I put the card back into the mp3 player plug it back to the computer and look for another Removable Drive.

But the only one I see is for the player there sould be one more for the card that is inside the udit.

And the compony told me that they both will show up as two diferant removable drives????????????

Is there another way to find it

I did test the card in a card reader and can copy files to and from it so the card ois ok

Can't you just stick the mini SD card into it's SD "pod" and put it in your computer's SD Card port and copy the music to it like that?

Also, did the MP3 player come with any software?

The SD-Mini card should show up under My Computer as a removable drive, even when plugged in to the MP3 player - or at least that's been my experience with SD-Mini devices. Not sure what might be wrong with it - have you looked in Device Manager to see if there's any improperly installed hardware? Might try removing any if there is and installing the correct driver.

I`m just assuming but to me it sounds like your just connecting the mp3 player to the pc with the SD card inside? and this is what yuor doing then your doing it wrong, you`ll need to get a SD card reader,connect it to your pc,then just copy the songs to that,with the card inserted,then just take it out,and it`s on the memory card.
Also remember to slide the white slider on the side of the card the opposite way to which you`ve tried,as one way locks it and the other doesn`t.
