MP3 Help

Hi please help i have a phillips gogear mp3 player but earlia i accidently pulled it out before the music had finished transfering, now it just displays error and my computer doesent detect it proply i tryed to format it but it keeps freezing my comp and laptop? :confused: :mad:

Any ideas?

hm.... is there a firmware update for ur mp3 player? try checking on the philips website for it and check out the support forum too if there is. wat i suggest is, if there is a firmware update, try that. or reupdate the firmware, if it still freezes, try it on another computer.
 
Pulling your mp3 out while its transferring music can screw it greatly, as suggested above try another computer if it doesn't work its most likely never going to work
