MP3 player + pda?

im considering getting a mp3 player. it was goin to be either a ipod or a zune but im leaning more toward the ipod. and now im thinking i could finaly use a pda for appointments, notes, calanders, and things to do. if anyone knows of a mp3 player that will do this or a pda that will do this pls leave feed back, ORRRR if ipod will do notes/calender events that would be awesome.

and an ipod video would be the largest thing id prolly want..
any questions or more info pls let me know.

well just about every pda will let you put mp3s on it and ipods do have a calender but i have never used it.
