MP4 converter

Is there any good free MP4 converter?
i have some .avi and .flv files but I want to convert them to MP4 without changing the video size.
I've been using Leawo but I don't know why it's not working for me anymore.

I'm afraid xilisoft is not free. It has only trial versions, I guess.

Try Super

It converts basically anything to anything. Uses it to conver videos VLF, MPEG etc. to MP3. So basically I can get the sound or music out of the video and write it on a CD for my car or cellphone. Super is free.

Try FormatFactory or SUPER.

I personally use FormatFactory most of the time, But Super works great. Even has Luna themes

Is any of these converters able to keep the same video size and colors of the video after conversion?
I've realized some videos lose their original colors and size after being converted into mp4.
