MP4 player that can play at 1.5x & 2x speed?

Hi,
I have some tutorials on MP4 files.
They run too slowly, so i need to run them (audio and video) at 1.5x , or 2x normal speed.
Do yo uknow of an MP4 player that i can download that can do this?

Windows media player, VLC, Media Player Classic. I think nearly every player can do it
