I don't see what you're saying by mPGA and PGA. I have been in the computer "scene" for quite a while and I haven't heard of that. What do you mean?

PGA is pin grid array and mPGA is micro pin grid array. For S478 processors, they all fit in any S478 (mPGA) so it will fit in the board you linked.
