My computer has a Microstar MS-6368 Motherboard in it. It only has 184MB of RAM and some kind of CyrixIII processor. I think I can upgrade the RAM with two 512MB for 1G total. I am just wondering if it would be worth putting any money into? I am not sure which processor would be the best to upgrade to. Any suggestions?

Depends, what do you use the computer for???

Most likely you can only upgrade the ram on your computer.

Otherwise i recommend to get a new Motherboard, CPU and ram.

I want to use it for some web surfing, some gaming, and to run some CAD software (AutoCAD)

I think I read on one site it would take an Intel Celereon Processor it's a socket 370 i think

Thats what I was afraid of, I knew there was a reason this computer was given away for free... I am looking to build my own, I am wondering If I can reuse this current case... Your link showed that the form factor is Micro-ATX, is that standard? In other words, will any motherboard I buy with a micro-atx form factor work in this case?

Dont have any idea what case you have:P But a micro should fit any standard ATX case.
