ms dsOS uRGENT HELP!!!

I installed Half life one on my pc b4 i play the second one and now my PC starts in dos. I uninstalled it and it stilll starts in dos. I have ME and it starts up with all icons massive so i assume it is dos.

Dos had no icons. DOS was a text based operating system (unless running DosShell with 3.1). What you're seeing is most likely incorrect settings on color and res. Right click on desktop-->settings--> see what it says under color depth and resolution.

the bigest problem you have is Windows ME. If i were you i would put another OS like Win 2000, Win XP or Linux.
