MS frontpage

For somebody who does not know HTML, yes. But it makes some really crappy code, just crappy code that works.
 
I also agree that Dreamweaver is a better product. It seems to eat RAM a little more than FrontPage (at least for me) but the options and interface for Dreamweaver are much easier to understand and work with.

Seriously, you'll get like 2 pages of code for a simple picture.
 
i like frontpage. It is so simple to use, almost too simple. I would like to learn the code, but why when it is easy to just use the built in editors.
