MS Office - missing SKU011.CAB file..?

Recently the SKU011.CAB file disappeared from my PC (Office Pro 2003) and although I had installed it with original software have moved house and cannot locate them. I have read about doing a repair/install but it aks for CD's, uninstalling it asks for CD's.
Can some-one please advise me how to correct this as Excel doesn't open up correctly and I'm now a little stuck. I would appreciate any assistance. Thanks. Donks

I found this buried in a forum, see if it helps.

"I was receiving the sku011.cab error also. Well after failing to repair and
reinstall office, I check my application log and here is what I saw;

Detection of product '{90110409-6000-11D3-8CFE-0150048383C9}', feature
'OUTLOOKNonBootFiles', component '{4EAD0498-4F35-4FF3-A6A6-3AE68392BA5E
}'
failed. The resource 'C:\Program Files\Microsoft
Office\OFFICE11\1033\PROTTPLN.DOC' does not exist.

So I went into the 1033 directory and it was missing. There was another file
there named PROTTPLV.DOC. I copied it to my desktop and named it
PROTTPLN.DOC and that resolved my problem. "
