Ms Outlook issue

Hello Guys

I'm having problem with my outlook 2007. It doesn't open attachment at all. It's not letting me save the file. But when I open Outlook on safe mode, I can open and save it. I run the Ms Office Diagnostics Tools but nothing...
Do you have any ideas.
