MS Update

I don't have SP2 on my latop, because I never update my laptop (rarely use it). For some reason an error comes up when I go to windows update. Any help??? I REALLY need SP2, some software I want to install requires it. Thanks

Firstly, what version of windows xp you have installed on your laptop, and secondly, can you give us a brief description of the error you’re getting?

also where did you get your windows? (IE came with the computer or bought it at a store.)

You can download and install service pack 2 here.

Just run the .exe and make sure you backup you computer first!!!!!!!
