Lately, when I try to write on word sheet,when I press the SHIFT key for a number or caps the number or the cap letter jump to the beginning of the sentence. also if I try to write an email when I put the @ sign it jumps to the beginning of the line, how can I fix it??
 
go to control panel > mouse > pointer options > and uncheck hide pointer while typing and see if that helps!! ;)
 
found this advice for you off another forum

make sure your in control panel classic view.

now you tried the option i stated above to no effect so this is what i read off the forum

Option 2: Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Computer Management -> Device Manager -> Mice and other pointing devices -> right click on the options under this table heading and you should be able to select “Update Driver”



Option 3: Control Panel -> Mouse Properties (or touchpad if available) -> Advanced -> Advanced feature settings -> “Pointer speed and tapping settings” Settings -> uncheck “Enable Tapping” (or you can go into the Settings from here and select “Disable tapping during key input” with a delay after the last key is hit

Most touchpad settings will be similar, your specific computer brand may vary. Hope this helps

also someone suggested this fix

Go to CONTROL PANEL, then click on MOUSE icon, and UNCHECK every box under each of the tabs on the top
