Help please. I have Microsoft Works 8.5 databases on on my main computer but am unable to print them. When I try to do so I get a message "Microsoft Works 8 has encountered a problem and needs to close". I have recently purchased a new netbook with MS Works pre-installed and the same thing happens, so I don't think that my Works software has become contaminated. My printer is an HP F2180. Maybe the printer software is the problem - if so what can be done? Any help greatly appreciated.
