Msconfig Problem

When i used msconfig to set up my boot menu to change my start up programs i get an need to b logged in as the administrator to do this. the funny thing is that im the administrator to my computer. i tried doing it in safe mode but it wont let me . so any1 if u ever ran across this problem please help im open to any suggestions

Are you using the administrator account? Or using an account that has administrative access?

im using the main account i tried going into safe mode and using that account but i get the same message

What is happening is that msconfig is not allowing you to do that because three reasons
- It is a program file that is not intended to be removed
- It is a virus and the file has been locked
- It has properties that set limits on what you can do with the file
