I want to know exactly what programs I can enable and which to disable when it comes to the services and start up tab on msconfig. Is there a better way to do this? services.msc better? Im just learning how to do this stuff..
Currently I have every start up program disabled and every non microsoft service disabled. Is there a program that will tell me what I should run / not run?
Running it in safe or tweaked? Will it that do the job?
