My system is below on my Signature .

I'm currently running on 4 x 512 mb DDR2 533MHZ

Question 1 : Will I be able to OC my Dual Core 3.0GHZ ( OC@ 3.3GHZ) to a higher freq if i change my ram to 667MHZ ?

Question 2 : Will this mobo support 4 x 1 GB DDR2 667MHZ ?
( *Depending on the type of memory used, it is not always possible to physically address the entire 4GB, you may found that you can only address up to 3.5GB, 3.8GB etc. This is a chipset limitation rather than BIOS or motherboard design. )

Question 3 : Will it reduce the bottleneck of my 8800GTS 320 MB ?

Upgrading your RAM should open up overclocking room but the chipset and CPU are other important limitations.

The motherboard supports 4GB of RAM. That quote about 3.5-3.8GB of RAM is a 32bit windows limitation and is usually closer to 3GB of addressable RAM even if you have 4GB. If you have 64bit XP/Vista then you should have all 4GB available.

Your CPU is the biggest bottleneck, I don't think faster RAM will do a whole lot for you, it's already faster than your BUS speed.
 
I'm wondering why i score 5000 when i didnt overclock the CPU ( no voltage increase ) but after i overclock its and increase the PCI Express Freq to 110 . I got the result above 6500 . Wad does this prove ? the CPU had bottleneck the 8800GTS very badly ? . Tat why there is an increase of 1500 score after i overclock it ?
 
It's netburst based so as you ramp the clock speed up it gets better in a non-linear way. 300MHz isn't much, but combined with the bus speed increase it probably made a fair bit of difference.
