from time to time when i boot up the system it will freeze before the MSI BIOS screen. What i will see is a black screen with a cursor in the upper left corner. In the lower right corner i will see a sequence of numbers and letters flash. it will start with a B4 then one at a time will flash various numbers and then ends with an A3....at times during this process the pc just sits there and wont do anything. i usually have to kill the power as a reset doesnt resolve the issue
here is a screen shot of what i am seeing before the bios screen.

its hard to see but in the lower right you see B4..
that seems to be where it gets stuck the most. it doesnt happen all the time, but when it does happen i can just wait it out and it will load up... sometimes taking 2-3 mins...but then windows will boot very slow taking another 2-3 mins. I have cleared the CMOS and removed the battery. I had one person tell me it was a USB add on issue...saying it could be a mouse or keyboard that is not compatible. Another guy said the work around is to disable USB 3.0 in the BIOS
anyone know anything about this?
