I am having problems getting a system fan to work on a newly mounted motherboard in a new case. One fan with a power plug connection and the CPU fan works but the fan that plugs into the sys fan plug won't kick on. The fan on an ATI video card is also not kicking on. The card is working, I get signals to the monitor.
Thinking, maybe a fuse on the motherboard that may need to be reset. Somebody can advise, Thanks.
