Msi z77a gd65 won't boot

I did everything i found on google, sitll - same problem. Screen is black, cant even reach bios. Had this problem earlier, repair center said psu is bad and changed it but now they returned it back to me. I5 3570k cpu, 2x4gb ram, corsair cs650m psu

I can tell you right now what the problem may be. From what I can see you are missing screws/standoffs. Assemble the board outside of the case and if it boots up then you are shorting the board against the case. That motherboard requires 9 standoffs and screws to secure it. Only put standoffs and screws where I've circled in the following image.

Interesting... I will try it, but it's been that way for few years now, and worked fine earlier.
Btw: Today i've cleared CMOS in multiple ways, switched between bios 1 and bios 2, removed/inserted/changed battery... i've managed to get to the bios menu 2-3 times, but otherwise - boot loop, or pc just running silently without anything else happening.
