Msn live messenger wont sign in

hey! please help me with my MSN LIVE. its stupid.

heres the story: a couple of days ago it kept logging me out for some reason then the next day i couldn't log in. so i did a couple of things deleted the files in APPDATA cause thats what it said on the internet so that did not work but anyway it won't let me sign.

this is what it said:

We cannot let you sign in at the moment
because the server is temporary unavailable

error code: 800702e4

i tried it on my brothers laptop and it worked! but mine is stupid

please help me! i need it back real bad!

yesss its a laptop so i cant do anythin like that. what does that have do with that? :O
it wont let me sign it in at all. its saying that error code 800702e4
